Do you offer In-person Training?

Do I have to do a Video Check-in Call?

You do not have to engage in a video call during your weekly check in if you don’t feel comfortable doing so. We understand there are different factors that affect your ability to do so. A phone call can be substituted. However, if a physical progress check in is required, please follow these guidelines to submitting your Progress photos.

Does it matter what Gym I go to?

Whether you prefer a local gym, a home setup, or any other fitness facility, our expert coaches are here to support and guide you through personalized workout plans tailored to your goals. Can I really call/message at any time?

At ECF, we prioritize accessibility and support through our dedicated 24/7 contact service. We understand the importance of timely assistance in your fitness journey, which is why our team aims to respond to inquiries within 1-2 hours. If you ever need immediate assistance or have a question that requires urgent attention, you can send a message through your Trainerize app to your Coach.
